Weekly Support Plan
We will create a process for your Salesforce users to log issues and enhancements requests. In addition to user reported requests, our consultants will recommend strategic enhancements for your system. We will proactively categorize and manage the list of reported requests and recommended enhancements. The following is a typical work plan for every week.
Day 1
PLAN THE WEEK’S WORK
We will meet with you to discuss and review the list of all reported requests. Together, we will identify and prioritize the requests that will be worked on that week.
Day 2 & 3
DEVELOP
We will develop solutions for the issues and enhancements identified. Create documentation and training videos covering the developed features.
Day 4
USER ACCEPTANCE
We will demo the developed Solution to you, have you test and sign off for release.
Day 5
RELEASE & TRAINING
We will release the solution to your Salesforce user base and provide end user training.
